  I must say the staff are very pleasant, however. I had my eyes tested in mid July informed them that I wished the new lenses to be put into my existing frames as they were designer frames which were quite expensive. I was told both pairs would be ready in 7 days. Over 3 weeks later I received one pair back. They said they would find out when the other pair would be ready. 10 days later I was told they could not find my other pair and because of the inconvenience I was allowed to choose any pair from the store. This was fair enough so I choose a similar pair to the ones they had lost. They said this pair would be ready in 7 days. As I write this 17 days later I have still not received my second pair. My main concern with this is, why inform people that their lenses will be ready in 7 days when clearly its going to take much longer. I will not be using them in the future.
